Musicalement, on constate que d'un album à l'autre, Michael à toujours su évoluer. On est passé des rythmes bien marqués du soul funk des années 80, à une musique actuelle plus électronique.
Beaucoup regrette le style de l'album Thriller, il est vrai si novateur pour l'époque, mais à mon avis tout est une question de goût.
